The rain's stopped!

The ground is very claggy, hard to walk on, good for your leg muscles!

Nelson was in a better mood today and qualified for the championship round of the 95cm class.

As he only had the one class today, we were able to hang out with friends who were there with a young girl and 3 of their ponies, plus the girl's mum and brother. It was fun watching the ponies and the fearlessness of their little riders!

We allowed Nelson two sessions of grazing. He likes to drag us around the field on the end of the rope, snatching a mouthful here and there. We were quite envious of people we could see sitting in camp chairs, having a drink or something to eat whilst their horse grazed quietly beside them! On the plus side, it got the steps up on my Fitbit step counter!

After dinner, and a cheeky gin and tonic, we wandered back to the indoor arena to watch another competition before heading back to the lorry for another night's much needed sleep.
