My Mum's Morris

It is 50 this year, so we took it down to Charles Ware's in Bristol and said "do what needs to be done!"

So they did and look at the outcome.  We have kept the hood for a while longer but the majority of the work is mechanical and around the chassis and body.

Mum bought it new for £445 - I have the receipt - and I won't say what this has cost, but what was the alternative?  It brings me so many memories and not many people of 66 can say that they are still driving the car they first drove after passing their test at 17!

As a second car it really is a wonderful asset, and I just look at it and smile.  Good to have it back in the garage - Willoughby thinks so too because he likes to jump up and sit on the roof!
