pretty!

volunteering morning at New Lanark, the river is looking amazing and took an early morning shot, and also a couple of other emergency indoor shots, with the compact, as it is always with me. it cleared up a bit so walked home, on the way spotted this wonderful dark bud - I think - correct me if I'm wrong - of the dahlia seen behind. Once I downloaded it I was quite pleased with it, especially as I had managed completely by accident to get a reflection of the flower in the raindrop!

another busy day and a very good friend I haven't seen for ages has been in touch to say she on her way! her aunt lives in New Lanark and she is visiting us both. so wanted to get this done. have a very interesting piece of New Lanark history to share, but it will keep!!!
