Urdhva Dhanurasana

This is a picture from a 1991 wall calendar featuring some of the first generation ashtanga teachers practising in Maui, Hawaii.

Nothing much going on today. Some work was cancelled so I have most of the day off. The kitchen has been emptied out and practically taken apart as some serious DIY makeover is going on. I am surrounded by incredibly handy and capable women and can only admire they way they go about the work taking place. The entire contents of this such an essential room have been spread across the front room floor (I took pictures but felt too embarrassed about the mess and amount of things that were hidden in them to put any up here). I'm concentrating on staying out of the way.
