Rainbow Bridge 925

Bridges . . . some times they lead to wonderful places.  Sometimes they lead nowhere.  And sometimes they just lead to the other side. 

It has been a long time since I have posted anything on blipfoto.  Since that time blipfoto has crossed a significant bridge of being self sufficient.  For that I applaud the effort.  

Unfortunately at that time I was not able to cross with you all.  Life got in the way.  And life got in the way - in a major way - of my photography.  I've been to some amazing places since then and seen may photo-worthy sights, but most without a camera.  My focus has been on other things, mostly helping people.  As a result, that terrible four letter word has become commonplace in my life  . . . "busy".  I've been too busy.  Oh I have found other ways of having my "time alone" but somehow it hasn't been the same.  I have missed interacting with my camera, interacting with the subject and the light.  

So, I've decided to try to photojournal again with blipfoto.  Perhaps it won't be everyday, but I am going to try to make it a routine again.  I must warn you, however, I probably won't be photoprocessing much.  And sometimes it will come straight from the camera.  But maybe that's a good thing.  

So, for better or worse, I am going to cross this bridge again.
