Haute Cuisine
Our plasterer, Roger, started work at the new house today. Despite the fact that eight other artisans were working on the house (and in Britain would certainly take the mickey), he happily laid his table ready for lunch.
Then he set out his bread, cheese, peach and water then waited for his salmon and leeks to cook gently in a little butter.
Good for him. I like our workmen to be well fed. Only in France tho'.
