NOT AS SPEC.

The balconies in these apartments are secured to the building by two sets of three screws.They were specified to be of stainless steel, but on examination most of the 48 appartments had mild steel screws. The workmen came today to make the replacements. As you can see there is corrosion on all of them, with one so bad it sheared off, resulting in the remaining piece needing to be drilled out. Our balcony is now secure.
