Canadian Adventure

Matthew had an appointment today in Kensington so we went with him. Had an obligatory coffee sitting by the river Bow. Just has to be done.  The smoke from the BC fire is still obliterating much of down town building and we are by the Memorial bridge and some buildings detail is simply not visible . The forecast is for a breeze to blow much of it away.The car bonnet was covered in fine ash this morning. We are breathing this stuff in. Feel for the folk with lung diseases as they must be having a hard time.
The extra is quote on the wall which were worth reading and meditating on. No sure how clear they are on here though.
