Making wine for the first time in about 15 years, seeing if the kits have improved in their output taste; previous produce has been, well, ropey to say the least and more of a distant cousin to wine. Given the beer making has gone well, I thought Why not?
The white I am fermenting has progressed nicely (although still fermenting away longer than expected), so I thought I'd do a red to mix up as sangria.....it went nuts! Even with following the instructions it didn't behave, and following a top-up of water decided to take on the role of one of those volcano demonstrations using bicarb of soda and vinegar for 48 hours.
