reaching for the sky

Every year I grow a few sunflowers. They are usually about 5 ft tall but this one has decided to make a bolt for it. The runner beans seem to want to join it too.
I haven't been around for a few days as I have been down with the dreaded lurgy. In fact, the whole family have had it with Mr CG succumbing last night. We are off on holiday tomorrow so I am hoping we can shift it with some bracing sea air.
