Dartmoor

Set off for Devon really early and by 10 AM we were in Dartmoor. Conventboy1 spends a lot of time kayaking in Dartmoor so I texted him to find a nice place to see. He sent us up a really narrow road but I think we had to give up a bit before we got there (Mr CG was getting very nervous that we would get stuck). We pulled in to a car park and went for a lovely walk up the stream and through some woodland.
Got to the cottage about 3. It really was in the middle of nowhere but very well equipped so we spent the rest of the day chilling! Quick walk to the beach after dinner but I had forgotten how early it gets dark at this time of year. We only just made it back!
