Shabdeg

Of course, we had to eat some turnips today after our triumph yesterday. Had to return to our old favourite Shabdeg, from a much used and loved Madhur Jaffrey book.  (I forgot to take any other photos.....)

We still have plenty of turnips, however - I must look for some new recipes!
