Scraggy young Blackbird

There were two of them but the less scraggy of the pair flew off while I was getting the camera. Luckily the family bathroom window was already open a bit so I didn't have to create any movement, other than myself, so it stayed on top of the shed.
I did think that the other was one of the parents at first but it was a bit too brown and spotty to be an adult female.
Not too bad a day, cooler but dry. Lennons' first day back at school, now in year 6 so big school next September! I picked him up on the CTX bike so he was quite thrilled to have his first ride on it. His schoolfriends were quite impressed, I think some of the Dads were even more impressed!
