Wine beginnings

This is the first step in making the rhubarb/strawberry wine. I've been putting chopped rhubarb into the freezer, as it's easier to "juice" after it's been frozen. There are 19 pounds of thawed rhubarb in this tub, and this step involves mixing in 10 pounds of sugar (which will turn to alcohol during the process) and then leaving it until tomorrow. As with most fruits the sugar also draws out the juice, which is what we need.
