We found this fruit grinder/strainer on sale for $10 and wanted to give it a try. Here we are juicing 9 pounds of strawberries that have also been frozen until the season ended. The juicer worked very well for strawberries, but not for the rhubarb. We had to resort to the hand squeezing method for pressing the juice from the rhubarb. I should say "he" rather than "we" because I don't have the muscle power for this job! The second extra is the rhubarb and juice after a day mixed with the sugar. 
#3 is getting the yeast started. Everclear is used to sterilize the flask and spoon.
