Preparing for the dinner...

Trout from the catch of the day is prepared to be fried for dinner.  Tassa, the Norwegian elk dog was a nice company  Extra shows the fish, together with it, boiled potatoes and carrots, cucumber salad, sour cream mixed with parsley, all washed down with beer and aquavit.
