The Clock Tower, Lloyds Bank
Situated in Sidney St, Cambridge, this was originally part of Foster's Bank whose name is carved over the doorway. Designed by the Victorian architect Alfred Waterhouse, built in1801-91, in Mock Tudor style and extended in 1935. The building is now listed Grade ii It had been raining most of the day but when the sun and blue skies appeared, I hurried into town to get some things my daughter needed which were in a sale. I noticed the sky first as I emerged from a shop.
