Marigolds

French Marigolds.  They just keep on giving at this time of year and their smell, somewhere between orange blossom and forest mushrooms, is so redolent of childhood.  This faux autumn just keeps on coming, grey and misty today to start and then one of those calm days that are just made for tramping the woodland paths.  Sadly we didn't have time for that, maybe tomorrow.
