Dumped on

Very heavy rain and black clouds this morning when I went to the dump.  I had to sit in the car for 10 minutes until the worst of the deluge passed. The ever cheerful attendant who usually comes out to help stayed firmly in her warm, dry office whilst I got drenched emptying the trailer.  But it cleared up this afternoon and we spent a couple of lovely hours in the garden, cutting back, trimming and generally preparing to leave here in a couple of weeks for our autumn/winter quarters.
