Been rather lax on taking blips the last couple of days so thought I should sort that out today. I finish early on a Friday now and not felt the benefit of it as my hours been taken up with shopping, ironing and other such exciting stuff. So today on the bike road home I had a wee off road adventure. Not sure what my poor bike thought of abandoning my lovely smooth pavement but I enjoyed it!
