He drifted off to 'sleep' in the company of me, Coz and the very lovely vet. As painful as it was to make the decision, it was the right thing for Sparky.

I have cried a lot in the last few hours. I expect I have more left.

So, I hope that there is a place that animals go to, in spirit. I'd like to think that the two boys are back together, chasing birds and generally making mischief.

We had him for just over 10 years. He was a fine addition to our family. He will be missed a lot.
