Coatbridge

Today at 8am I dropped the dog off at friends (everyone else is away) and headed to Coatbridge to join in at a morning session for North Lanarkshire panel members organised by the Area Support Team. Great turn out by all the volunteers on a lovely September morning.

Drive through was without problem and I was there for 9:15. Lots of good discussions and after my bit various certificates were presented along with recognition for Irene who has clocked up 30 years.

Back home mid afternoon to do a shop and tidy up before my brother in law (and former school colleague) and his wife came round for a meal.

The main blip is of the conference facilities linked to Coatbridge college where the event was held. All very plush.
The extra is of the display in the foyer of the Scottish Photographic Circle founded in 1907.
