The Visitor

Went to bed quite late last night despite having to get up early as Z was arriving just after 730.

Unfortunately I woke up at 0130 with pain in my right hip. I took paracetamol and tried to get back but I very restless. The alarm went off and it was then that I found that I couldn't move my leg. Took Tramadol and waited. They didn't help much but I managed to get downstairs where I had an injection and ate breakfast. So it feels like a muscle bleed but having spoke to the Centre they want to see me tomorrow. Rest and use crutches more factor tomorrow before C takes me to Oxford. It is so painful I don't know what to do.
