Llanelli to Pembrey

Finally we made it to Pembrey!

It was a lovely morning, a bit chilly but looked nice for a swim so I did another 1,800m swim to validate the time for my sponsorship.  

Then a shower and coffee to warm up and off on the bikes to see if the weather would be kind enough for us to reach Pembrey.  We planned to stop at The Pavilion Cafe at Pwll and that was very welcome!  The weather looked OK so decided we would take the opportunity to get there.  There are at least some catering facilities now but they are very basic.  To reward our 25km ride we stopped at Flannagans for more of their gorgeous chocolate milkshakes and Bara Brith.  Not much for tea after that!
