The Lapwings are back .....

..... and have settled once more in their regular spot on the rocks at the far end of the loch.

The lapwings are very easily disturbed and at the slightest footfall on the grass they will take to the air and wheel round and round until the coast is clear and then they will settle again on their rocks.
