Flying S**t !

Dentist this morning. I can keep all my teeth for another 6 months.

Work this afternoon. It was a long journey along country roads with accidents and delays, indecisive squirrels, trucks in the middle of the road and cow poo flying off the wheel of this tractor that pulled out right infont of me!

And because of all this, I bought a large bowl of cheesy chips to share with DN1 who I was working with.

Its so hard betting back on the diet after our weekend away.
