a ray of light at the end of a long week!

had an awesome nights sleep! slept in til 7.15am and within 10 mins of my alarm call, i'm up and at my laptop working! the beauty of working from home. had a meeting in Kirkby in Ashfield at 11am, so managed a good 3 hours work before i'm due to leave.

during those 3 hours the weather changed from a lovely september sunny morning, to a miserable drizzly pissy rainy morning!

a great customer meeting out with Vic, lasted jut over 2 hours and then we drive back into town. both of us starving marvin!

back to work and popped out for a sandwich and back to office (my volume of hours fresh air this week, has been v poor!).

busy busy afternoon, trying to finish off month/quarter end stuff. we've had a hell of a week at work, short staffed, and v busy, but my fab team keep on smiling, and keep on working tremendously hard.

i try to kick them all out at 5pm. and then we're off home. dropped catherine and vic at the tram stops, and drove back home. a beautiful cloud split as the sun starts to set. i drove down towards the canal in Langley mill to capture this view of the clouds over Shipley common.

home and a lovely lasagne and a couple of glasses of chianti await!
