Dunlins tired on a tyre

This getting up with the lark is becoming a habit at weekends with this wildlife photography malarkey. So I meet up with a fellow early bird photographer and we headed for Montrose basin the weather report was wall to wall sunshine.well it was anything but. , dull and grey with poor light made it a pretty poor day for photography. My only bonus was I had not taken photos of dunlins so I was glad to get some in the bag.
