On the Way to the Café

.... usually on Sunday mornings with "hibou", the changes in the seasons are reflected in the colours of the valley floor. The wheat has been cut and it has left a patchwork of gold amongst the greener fields.

The rest of the day has been spent talking to enthusiastic animal lovers at the exhibition. Now I have no voice left! Sadly someone told me the "Chasse" (hunting season) has started this weekend. It distresses me to think of all those innocent animals about to lose their lives just so people can enjoy their "sport".
