Lemon .....

..... and honey.

Well, the man flu has well and truly kicked in. I spent most of last night waking up every 20 minuits or so with the sore throat and a cracking headache, today my head is full of cold. I sound like the bloke from the 80's tunes advert which has made work interesting.

Thanks for all the advice yesterday, I'm sticking to the lemon and honey and dosing up on paracetamol as well. My head is as fuzzy as this photo so I'm going to cook myself a hot curry to help sweat out the head cold and I'll have an early night. Hopefully tomorrow will be a bit better.
