Perfect Combo!

There is nothing quite so dispiriting than sitting down to watch your favourite food programmes with  in comparison pitiable fare for yourself! With the GBBO due and all the ingredients to make a courgette loaf since when my sister was here I set to! Really easy to make and I managed to get a loaf and six muffins out of the mix! With lime and pistachios inside and a mascarpone, butter and icing sugar topping it was just the perfect way to watch the programme and get a blip! Plus I had to prove to Lady G that I did actually make it! I only iced one to eat as the rest are going in the freezer apart from another one to eat tomorrow, as my fellow Allotmenter assured me it freezes well! 
Oh and yes that is the silver fox Paul Hollywood on the TV! Maybe I should try a caramel topping on the next muffin I take out of the freezer - how hard could it be?!!!
