Dunbar Common

After being indoors so much yesterday, it was fantastic to be out walking today. We walked from Wanside to Yarrow, in East Lothian, across the Dunbar Common. It is a high heather moor, and was extremely windy and a bit cold today, but the sun shone on us all day so what more could you ask. As we walked over we could see Berwick Law and also Bass Rock, over to the right of my picture, but you will have to look in large. And we were dressed for the weather.

After the walk we had a drink in the pub at Haddington before travelling home.

It was great to be out!
