Evening Light on Sale Fell

As so often recently, a lack-lustre day has given way to the most gorgeous light towards the end of the day. This is the view as I descended the summit of Sale Fell, looking towards the distant Helvellyn Ridge (centre) and Skiddaw under cloud (far left).

Sale Fell is a lovely fell to walk upon with its springy turf and lack of bog!
