Yorkshire blippers

What a great bunch,
We flew into Manchester this morning and were met by Wendy with her friend driving ( about 11/2hours each way!!). After a lovely lunch at Wendy's "hotel" we went to nearby Haworth to see the Bronte parsonage and museum... loved seeing it and all the objects including the tiny books they wrote as children. .. the extra is the dining room table.. I can just picture Charlotte, Emily and Anne walking round and round it every night with their vicar father peeking in the door to tell them not to stay up too late.
Then the 4 of us back later to Haworth to meet Jeanneb53 and hubby, and Yorkshirebred for dinner. So here are 4 blippers! They are really real. What a great evening! Thank you Wendy and Tony! So fun to meet.
And now it's off to bed in a quiet spot .. looking forward to some sleep, but I'll listen for the resident owl!

Edit in the morning after a good and much needed sleep. A special part of the visit to the parsonage was to get to write a line in a book recreating " Wuthering Heights" recording where I'm from and age(! I got the prize for this day as oldest"). It's Wendy's blip. ( Wendles56) What great hosts they are!!!!!!
