Welcome to the Show

Mimi works so so hard on her hockey and he hard work is now starting to pay off.  She was on the Ice in Sheffield last night from half ten until half past midnight for a trial for the Great Britain Under 16 Girls.

She was the youngest by a long chalk of the six goalies and she was worried that she was not good enough but as I explained this trial alone recognises her as one of the top six in the country.

If she doesnt not make the squad this year it will not be because she did not play well, she settled very quickly and played exceptionally well running the drills brilliantly skating strongly and looking every inch like she belonged there.

She came off the ice on a high and after a warm down it was back on the road we got home just after 5.30 this morning and now we are leaving for Aberdeen for a league game this afternoon.  Poor Fraser has to play two games back to back tonight for the under 14's then the under 16's so two exhausted little people tonight I suspect
