Good gloaming

When the gloaming is this good, it's hard to resist blipping it.

I meant to do a "walktowork" photo today. It was grey this morning - with a distinct haar. But not raining, so I got a couple of interesting pictures on the way to work. However, when I got back Mr A suggested we wander down to the sea shore after supper, and so we did. And here we are.

Today's exercise class was "neck and back". I feel as if they have been given a thorough work out....Tomorrow, I'm body swerving exercise and we are going to a concert instead.
