Hound of the Baskervilles?

Shimer the ginormous - all 70kg of him - bloodhound at The Cotswold Food and Farming Festival this afternoon.

Despite the glorious food temptations all around us, as soon as he - and his equally big mum and dad and a pug of all things - arrived they had everyone's attention!!! Then when he shook his head everyone around got covered in drool. Nice!!!

Not entirely convinced the person at the end of his lead was totally in control as a few wayward children got taken out and a few passerby's suddenly seemed to have his paws on their shoulders, however they all did seem friendly enough - just rather large.

The fridge and freezer are now groaning with Cotswold foodie delights.
