Lots of birds
Bright and breezy at Wells Next The Sea today. We did a circular walk through the Holkham Estate to the Pines at Wells Dell then to the Beach Cafe for a snack returning along Beach Road to the town.
The weather has improved as the day goes on and the quay and shops are very busy with day trippers from all points South.
Birdwatching highlights - 3rd bird seen this morning was a Marsh Harrier.
Later as in this photo lots of Brent geese, oystercatchers and Golden Plover and many more.
Lots of 'serious' birdwatchers seemed to be missing out on these treats, standing looking miserably into a bush having just missed the Yellow Browed Warbler. Sis refrained from saying that she had seen one in the same bush in 1989 ( I believe her )
