Seven Giraffes (Day 873)
The sky had crashed into the ground and there was a fairly strong wind this morning as I took the woofers out for their wander up the hill, but at least it wasn't raining.
I zoomed into town to get some bits for the job at Crispin and Charlotte's. Whilst in town I got a call to go and sort out a problem with a customer's hot water.
I got to Stromness a little later than planned, and set about threading pipes under floors and up behind walls. A couple of problems along the way delayed progress, but a visit from my beautiful wife cheered me up no end. Crispin flirted with her outrageously as usual.
It was after 6pm by the time I had the central heating all joined up again and the boiler running properly. The new radiator works . Hurrah.
Unfortunately I ran out of time to put the floorboards back down and sort the bits of wall, but I will be back to do that tomorrow.
When I arrived home HV handed me Seven Giraffes. I thought it made quite a nice blip. Sadly it is all gone now...
