Sandwich

A session of pilates, a walk and a sit by the water with coffee and some bits of lunch was sandwiched between two long sessions of writing and editing. This is a life I could get am getting used to. As luck would have it, a colleague tweeted me a picture of a REF awayday just as we were sitting down for lunch. I tweeted back a phonepic version of this picture suggesting that much as I love my colleagues, I wasn't feeling that much nostalgia.
