The big crane on the Marshall Street site that has been a feature of the skyline since I've been in Redwood City is being dismantled. Another crane to dismantle the crane then several ginormous trucks staged two blocks down waiting to carry the sections away. It was an interesting production to watch and I wasn't the only person to stop briefly and observe the goings on.
