Strange creature in the bedroom

I woke up this morning around 6am to see this shape on the bedroom wall. Without my specs on it looked like some giant face. The BFG - sprang to mind.

With my specs on it was even more pronounced with a cauliflower ear, a pinpoint eye, a thick lower lip and a flat head with a crew cut hairstyle.

It does remind me of something I've seen but for the life of me I can't place it.

Within a few minutes the sun had moved and the shape had gone.

Otherwise a day around the villa. Got the oven repaired. 90 minutes from reporting it and a new part was fitted!

Walked a fair bit in the sunshine and braved the (cool fresh) pool for a swim.

All in all a good relaxing start to the holiday.
