Salt pans

So many views today. Having rested - and been woken up at 7am by gunshots ( shooting birds ) - we headed off for a tour of the north of Gozo where we are staying.

A fascinating visit to Ggiantija to see the prehistoric temples, older then the Pyramids - a UNESCO World Heritage Site.. See extra of the old and more modern temples!

Then on round the coast where we saw the old salt pans in the blip - with an enterprising local selling on the produce.

A great day in lovely weather. Shame that it looks like clouding over in the community no days.
