Cultivated Wild Flowers
Know its a bit of a non-sequitur but the local council over the last few years have been planting patches of wild flowers around the county in beauty spots and grass verges and they can look very attractive. This year because of the amount of rainfall we have had some of these patches of wildflowers have looked a bit scrubby. These blooms here are all that remains of the flowers planted to the side of Seafield Pond which just happened to catch the sun as I walked by. Evidently the weather conditions this year according a radio programme have been very good for berries and we should also have some interesting autumn colour.
