Rocky Top Again

The first order of business when arriving in Yakima is to get up in the hills with my mountain biking friend. Fortunately for me, his wife lets me use her bike (they also house us while we are in town, loan us a car, and generally take care of us) so I always get to ride at least once while in town. Rocky Top is an aptly named area about a 20 minute drive from their house. Lots of uphill riding at the start, but oh so worth it when we turn around at the top. The Yakima Valley is famous for its agriculture which is visible in the background here. Quite a bit drier and less colorful than the last time I was up here, but just as much fun!
