September 19th - Temp 29-30

A nice morning eating breakfast with a Niagara Falls view and then we jumped in the car for the drive to Ottawa. I found the driving pretty stressful through the huge highways around Southern Ontario, but it got better the nearer we got to Ottawa. We stopped at a Tim Hortons on the way and tried the infamous Timbits, which were very nice. The temp reading in the car by this time had reached 30 degrees.
Arrived in Ottawa late afternoon. Valet parking and a complimentary drink from the hotel were very welcome after a long drive.
In the evening we did a bit of sightseeing and saw the very picturesque Canadian Parliament then had food and drink in Byward Market.
