POACHED COD WITH A SPICY SAUCE

Hi there to all my dear blip friends. I am sorry that I haven't been on here for a couple of days, but Barry decided to have all his stuff out of his computer room, and start again! And that entailed loads of wires, cables etc. We have only just finished!! If anyone had knocked at the door, we wouldn't have been able to get there!! Ha!ha!
Anyway, this is my entry for today. For our dinner we had  Poached Cod fillets with a spicy sauce. Barry loves this, and it only takes 7-8 minutes to cook.
