The dream home I fell in love with ..

Aah, home from training! What a view to come home to. We put an offer on our home last year this time, and you can see why! The colors from our porch change daily it seems, and I couldn't wait to get home to see how they matured. Poor quality iPhone pic, so it's hard to see the 2 dogs frolicking on the yard, eldest Jess and wife Carol by the garage, and Sarah perched on the steps.

Determined to have activity this weekend of sitting, we all headed to the back to further our walking trail before the snow comes. We have 5 acres surrounding a bog, and I envisioned a safe walking trail for dogs and humans. 3 hours of lifting deadfall and digging roots and stumps. We cleared a good 5 min meandering extension to our path; all in all about half way done.Salamander.. Jessica cleared an errant salamander, carrying it back to the bog. All in all, a good afternoon.
