birthday celebrations

Pierre brought me breakfast in bed this morning (and blasted Beyoncé on youtube from downstairs so I could hear her whilst I had my coffee and croissants!). I also got a beautiful bunch of flowers.

Then I met with my new mum friends for champagne and Peyrerol cakes in Vaison at the Comptoir des Voconces! Not a baby in sight as we’d left the kids with their dads - it was so different actually getting to have a proper chat, without having to keep an eye on the babies :)

Got home and Pierre cooked me a gorgeous dinner of lapin à la moutarde. Such a brilliant day.
