Prospector

The Transwa Prospector train runs between Perth and Kalgoorlie. Actually there are at least 2 trains - 1 leaves Perth and the other leaves Kal and they meet roughly halfway at Meridian, where the passengers stay on board but the crew change trains and head back to where they started. It saves the company paying overnight expenses - neat!
